Overview

Partner in charge of the tax department in Laiún, Fernández Sabella & Smudt with broad experience in tax advice to local and multinational companies.

CPA graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires. After graduating, I pursued a postgraduate specialization on taxation from the college of economics of the University of Buenos Aires and in international taxation from the University of Santiago de Compostela.

I have taken part in specialization courses on international taxation in the International Tax Center of Leiden and in the IBFD.

Specialized in corporate taxes oriented to multinational companies. I have taken part in the development of tax due diligences and tax planning schemes for different national and international companies.

In the academic field, I teach Taxation Theory and Techniques I & II in the College of Economics of the UBA and I have been guest speaker in tax courses of several argentine institutions.

From 2017 onwards I have been listed as argentine woman in tax leader by the ITR. 

I am part of the board of directors in the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies and IFA YIN representative for Argentina.
